Dear Pope John Paul,

You have called for World Peace Summit next year 2002. I too would like to join your hand to ensure peace is here to stay for all our children.

I have an idea that can also help to unite the world. Next year, time itself will grant us all a unique opportunity to make a unified call for world harmony. I'm sure you will agree that it is significant that this moment should arrive now. I hope that after you have read my proposal you will feel encouraged to take it on. Your sincerity and faith is strong, and this proposal would serve as a powerful launch platform for your own initiative; the proposed world peace summit.

We have sent this to Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dr. Mahathir, Mr. Nelson Mandela, President of Russia V. Putin, the Mayor of New York, Mr. Mike Bloomberg, Miss Oprah Winfrey, the United Nations and the European Union.

I hope that you will see its potential as making a milestone in the history of peace making.
