Dear Mr. Mandela,
I was very touched by your autobiography. It gave me
a
sense of great hope for humanity. You are my idol and
the reason why I am so committed to this project that
I want to share with you.
I thought that this proposal; calling for World
Harmony Day would be of interest to you due to the
current situation in Afghanistan. I have developed a
proposal that has the potential to become a
significant milestone in the history of peace making.
"We all die but few of us really live."
This line has been attributed to a Scots national hero
and you have the ability to be one of the "few"
by
helping us make this proposal work. It will be a great
challenge for all of us to make 200220022002 a
reality. All it needs is your belief that it CAN
actually happen.
Please lend your voice to help restore harmony to our
world for our sake and more importantly, for the sake
of all our children.
I do realize that you must truly be a very busy man
therefore I thank you for your precious time.
Yours Truly
