World Harmony Day is a healthy gathering of "The New Consciousness", the Critical Mass is coming together, there is a struggle sometimes but WHD has opened our eyes to the many souls out there. May our hearts beat as one, we are all brothers and sisters of the same World. But sometimes even as brothers and sisters of the same country we have conflicts and differences.

When we learn to live with our differences as Albert Einstein said, "The wiser you are, the more you believe in equality, because the difference between what the most and the least learned people know is inexpressibly trivial in relation to all that is unknown." For peace and harmony to triumph it is important to come together as one.

World Harmony Day is a unique cause and to elevate it to greater heights we need the core team to be committed in the cause and in the process working towards world harmony it will feed their souls, then WHD will excel beyond our imagination. Unfortunately my daughter and I do not have the opportunity to meet up with such souls.

It is only after four years of struggle with patient that we are coming together to form a society. All this happened without plan. I saw an article on Straits Times that Mr Chua Thian Poh from Ho Bee Holdings is the present President of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and he is man with great vision immediately I gave him a call to rally for his support. Instead Ms Caroline from Ho Bee Investment took the call and strangely she sound more like a mother to me. She said rather anxiously that I should go and register WHD as a society to elevate WHD to greater heights. She said that WHD without financial support from the corporate world the road ahead for WHD would be a great struggle. She told me that the Chinese Chamber of Commerce could support such a cause because the CCC has adopted War Memorial Day, (15 February annually) which is similar to World Harmony Day. In short, she is instrumental in choosing the name for the society - World Harmony Society.

Mr. Brian Jenner the Managing Director from Seawise Maritime Services (Pte) likes the idea of World Harmony Day but doesn’t know how far we can go but he will give me his full support. In his email to me he said that someone has to start the ball rolling. He has sponsored the rental for our first meeting including breakfast.

Mr Edward Houng, the Managing Director of Kalmar South East Asia Pte Ltd said that World Harmony Day is what the world needs. He said that he is all for humanity and readily offered financial assistant. He sponsored the new website design work.

Mr. John Chong from ReadySpace Network Pte Ltd came to WHD site by accident and instead of getting WHD to be their client I have convinced him to join my hand to work towards world harmony. They are sponsoring the web-hosting for WHD. He had invited his partner Mr Tsai Guang Xiong Zhou from Forecepts to contribute in the design work.

I have invited Mr Kirpal Singh to be with us on WHD 2004 and his reply “It is beautiful. Just Beautiful.” He is our advisor and he has introduced a fantastic young lady to us Ms Ng Ping Ping. She has a wealth of experience (she has lived, worked and travelled in many parts…) doing all kinds of things and like us is a very passionate and committed soul.

Mr. Razees Karim and musaKazim were with us on WHD 2003. musaKazim will be assisting in the IT works. The other members are Gabriel Georges, Lorna Jenner, VMN Kumar, Selvi Santhanra and P Suneetha.

We believe that a group of like-minded people who believe in the cause of WHD and with WHD feeding their souls, the day will come whereby the UN will endorse 20th February a day for ALL of humanity. But before we jump the gun or get over excited let us work together with passion and love to connect with all Singaporeans to support this good cause.

Harmonists, ambassadors of Peace & Harmony, believe that "The World is Coming to Oneness", as true spirits are coming together to take social responsibility to make the world right for future generations, by helping them to reach inner happiness. I strongly believe that's the spirit of the WHS has - there's the overwhelming passion to make a difference in this world to see peace and harmony, nothing else really matters.

If ever WHD go globally, I believe it must come from the spirit of the people who are "Seekers of truth, peace and harmony". It will come from the spirit and passion of the people around the world who wanted to build a better world for future generations. They realize the power is in their hand and just by a click of the "magic mouse", they know that all of us can be connected within second.

I sincerely hope the citizens of the world will embrace it with open arm and help spread and sow this "Great Spirit" worldwide by hosting "World Harmony Day" every year on 20th February at 20:02 in your country annually.

World Harmony Day belongs to everyone, it’s "The Voice of the World", from the people and for the people.
